Pastor McAllister served as the Resident Pastor of Arlington Southern Worship Center from September 2024 until he moved into his new role as its Senior Pastor on June1st, 2025 and on June 14th, 2025 he began serving as Senior Pastor at Irving Seventh-day Adventist Church. He completed two years of pastoral internship at Abney Chapel SDA Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and at Crowley SDA Church in Crowley, Texas, as part of the Southwestern Adventist University internship program. Pastor McAllister has also served as a Volunteer Lay Pastor in the Texas Conference.

Prior to his calling to ministry, Pastor McAllister served for 12 years in the United States Army as a Combat Medic. He was a paratrooper and part of the prestigious 82nd Airborne Division. While in the Army, Pastor McAllister served in many leadership roles including managing medical clinics and multiple healthcare departments at Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Liberty, North Carolina formerly known as Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Pastor McAllister has a passion for preaching the word of God and teaching. His favorite verse is from the book of Galatians, and it says: "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me" (Galatians 2:20, NKJV).

Pastor McAllister is happily married to his wife of fourteen years, Thamard, and they are proud parents of four children: Aeden (13), Aalisha (11), Brayden (7), and Adryanna (5).
